Whitewashed tombs comes to my mind.
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead people's bones and all uncleanness.
Exactly! The beautiful suits, ties, dresses and grooming appear beautiful. But once you step inside of the organization and Kingdom Halls, you will see the real ugliness:
drama, backstabbing, rumors, divorces, cheating, physical fights inside the Kingdom Hall, spankings of small children (where no one says a word), members who change congregations due to conflicts with Elders, heated words on the podium from one Elder to another Elder, spousal abuse, disfellowshipping, brothers who are shady contractors , Elders who favor family when it comes down to appointments for Ministerial Servants and new Elders, loans that are never paid to fellow members (where Elders have to step in), Elder wives knowing everything that is happening in the congregation, members who take and sell drugs, and alcoholics.
